Strengths in lending and credit risk management. Twice been a chief credit officer for two New Jersey based mini-regional banks which were subsequently rolled up. Overall banking experience includes 25+ years with four major regional banks specializing in commercial property, construction lending, CRE underwriting, C&I lending, and troubled assets - both real estate and C&I. Management team member for the only bank to cross over the $10 billion threshold during the roll out of Dodd-Frank. Defined successes, credentials and educational background to be successful in various fields related to lending, insurance, and complex troubled assets. Insurance background includes managing the house book of larger property / casualty clients, sales, as well as management of the Benefits Department. Continue to hold New Jersey producer licenses and CIC designation. Rounded out my work experience with professional development through The National Alliance, Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University, Appraisal Institute, and United Jersey Bank’s formal credit training program. Joined Monmouth University as an adjunct finance professor starting with the Spring 2011 Semester.
