Driven Individual who can be defined by three characteristics: 1. Family - I am a strong family oriented person. The decisions that I make both personally and professionally are directly correlated with the impacts those decisions will have to my family. Relationship Building - I am a strong relationship builder as I believe it is people that make a difference in a company's culture and success. By building relationships, I truly feel anything can be accomplished as we can work together to overcome the most complex of issues to deliver results or options to a client. Optimization - I strive to optimize my working time to achieve the greatest output I possibly can. I like to be purposeful and direct during meetings and interactions to maximize the impact of the encounter so we can quickly solve the issue or question. This allows me to tackle the next task and generate greater output.
