As a qualified Business & Personal Coach (ICF), I help leaders & individuals, groups & teams face the challenges and changes of modern working life, removing the frustration of mental clutter and moving forward with a clear sense of purpose. With a life experience in a corporate career, a professional and amateur sporting career, marriage, children & pets, recovering from serious illness, celebrating achievements and coping with loss, like many people, I draw on my fair share of ups and downs to the benefit of the clients I support. And, having lived the realities of redundancy on more than one occasion, searching for 'what next', along with a desire to see people grow and succeed against the odds, I found my passion in coaching people and developing products to help others, help others.
