I am an Analyst that specializes in studying business processes and learning stakeholders’ needs. From there I design an optimal data storage system or modify the existing one. Finally, I produce user interfaces that are simple and efficient, automate repetitive tasks, and produce high-quality reporting that empowers well-informed business decisions. I have developed code that calculates the distance between zip codes. This allowed dispatchers to procure the closest resource, saving time, mileage and cost. I have managed cellphone systems – researching and implementing MDM software to deploy apps to all employees within seconds – making the maintenance staff much more productive without the need for them to master complex tech skills. Through my detailed reporting, I was able to identify the source of cellular outages resulting in Verizon refunding $11K to our account. I am interested in bringing my expertise to a forward-thinking company to help bring efficiencies to their organizational process.
