I’m more than just a branch manager – I’m here to develop financial solutions that build, grow and nurture wealth for customers face-to-face in a one-on-one environment; I’m able to offer accessibility, consistency and financial expertise to my customers in a way that other banking institutions, with ever-changing branch managers, lack; and I’m committed to building long-lasting relationships, with a deep understanding of each of my customers’ needs. Put simply, I’m here for the long haul. I lead a dedicated team at Bank of Queensland. We opened our branch in 2004 – the first in Melbourne’s CBD – and have worked to consistently create and nurture bespoke and holistic banking solutions for people of all creeds.
