About Tom Thoi

I consider myself a personal finance enthusiast and get far too excited learning about strategies that allow me to maximize the value of each dollar I earn. As a supply chain professional, I’ve been fortunate enough to be in a role which allows me to do the same on a larger scale. Through my current role, I look for opportunities to optimize our supply chain which brings value through various cost reduction activities. As I continue on this journey called life, I am committed to growth and learning. In the search for knowledge, I am constantly exposed to new ideas which allow me to use the learnings to bring creative solutions to my work. As supply chains are becoming more complex, I believe there is a need to bring creative solutions to solve for the unknowns. I have a strong belief that you need data to make sound decisions. To support our organization, I have been able to leverage data to help drive decision making for our supply chain organization. Using this skill, I have been able to lead and support projects involving stocking strategy revamps, tank optimization, network strategy optimization, and customer service improvement initiatives. When I'm not preoccupied by spreadsheets, you can find me practicing my top spin ping-pong serve, perfecting my craft in portrait photography, or taking in the fresh air on a relaxing stroll through the park.
