With over 14 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management and Business Intelligence, I am a seasoned EPM Consultant at HCL America, Inc. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality BI and EPM applications that enhance business reporting, data validation, and vendor integration demonstrating my continuous learning and innovation in the field. In my current role, I oversee EPM and BI teams as a strategic planner, technical manager, and administrator with ownership of BI applications, monthly financial closures, annual budgeting, and process improvements. I collaborate with business users and drive ongoing enhancements to business reporting functions, automate data validation processes, and implement new vendor solutions. I also lead Oracle Enterprise implementations, application migrations, and administration/implementation of enterprise reporting platforms, such as Hyperion, Tableau, and Essbase. I manage a team of 10-20 and ensure on time and under budget delivery of projects. My mission is to empower businesses with data-driven insights and solutions that optimize performance and efficiency.
