With over 15 years of experience at MEDITECH, I have developed a deep expertise in electronic health record (EHR) software, working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating closely with customer support and implementation teams. I have honed my skills in troubleshooting, researching, coding, testing, and delivering software patches, enhancements, and custom programming for customer systems, as well as setting up databases for customers and internal departments. I am also proficient in Meditech and Microsoft Excel, which I use to create and manage customer reports.
