OUR PROCESS I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry where people, products and challenges change with every project. Construction is never boring: Combining owners, designers, contractors and manufacturing while using old and new technology to design and install product systems that solve the building owner’s challenges. My role as full-service manufacturer is to first evaluate whether we can provide value, and then to utilize our asset management approach for evaluation, design support, solutions-based manufacturing, weekly project support and lifetime warranty and maintenance support. Our projects provide transparency, accountability and a team approach between owner, designer, contractor and manufacturer, within the competitive bid process. OUR MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS We manufacture solutions for building envelope construction projects including low and steep slope roofing systems, waterproofing for walls, masonry and plaza/parking decks. Our client’s needs range from small repairs to multi-million dollar replacements. Using an asset management approach, we evaluate existing components for repair, restoration and replacement to stretch asset life and minimize life-cycle cost.
