I lead a team of ex military learning, behavioural and pastoral support mentors in the North West of England who use British Values to deliver a programme of study for mental and physical health in the primary and secondary phase. This has proven to achieve significant increases in children’s confidence, well-being, emotional resilience and engage even the most reluctant of learners. In our latest case studies we have improved positive behaviour to 97.5%, increased attainment by 37.5% and attendance improved from 94.4% to 97.8%. Through our experience mentoring and rehabilitating soldiers with PTSD and lifelong injuries, we can create bespoke and flexible courses tailored to the needs of your school. Our courses are packed with cross-curricular lessons and support and promote PSHE, SMSC, PE and embed essential life, team and leadership skills.
