About Tom Vaandering

I aim to inspire confidence within the team by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, determination, and a steadfast commitment to overcoming challenges. In my current role, my primary focus is on maintaining the smooth operation of the Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong emphasis on enhancing communication services. As the leader of an international team, we have a wide range of responsibilities. These include managing email services, overseeing Teams services (including Telephony), and handling the administration of corporate Apple devices. Additionally, we take charge of the governance and integration of bring your own devices (BYOD) across different device types. Our team places a strong emphasis on development, improvement, automation, standardization, simplification, and self-service. These values serve as our driving force, pushing us to continually explore new boundaries and stay informed about the latest technological advancements. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the security and productivity of all employees at Arcadis across the globe.
