Thomas V.H. Vail Jr. is a graduate of St. Paul's School, Georgetown University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Tom served as Administrative Assistant to US Representative James V. Stanton of Ohio and served as a Staff Member of the Trade Subcommittee of the Committee on Ways and Means of the US House of Representatives. He also served as Law Clerk to Judge Robert B. Krupansky of United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Tom practiced corporate law at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey and Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan and Aronoff specializing in real estate. Tom has been riding since 1961. Tom's Great Grandfather Windsor White owned Halfred Farms Stable in Hunting Valley, Ohio which was active in polo, foxhunting and showing and his family also helped found the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club in Gates Mills Ohio. Tom is an Owner and General Counsel of VanderVail Insurance Agency Ltd.
