About Tom van Dongen

With 25 years of experience in technology, communication and leadership support, I help organizations strengthen their executive communication with clarity, confidence and measurable impact. Most of my work happens behind the scenes, supporting Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants and communication leaders who need a trusted partner to translate complex ideas into clear and confident messaging. Whether it’s preparing a leader for an important moment, shaping a strategic narrative or turning technical content into an engaging story, I help teams deliver communication that lands. My background combines deep technical roots, from early MS-DOS to today’s AI landscape, with strong experience in storytelling, design and high-quality execution. I understand how to bridge innovation and audience, and how to create communication that feels sharp, credible and aligned with leadership intent.I support leadership teams and organizations with executive messaging, narrative development, keynote preparation, video and media production, and strategic content execution. Teams work with me when they need communication that is clear, fast and reliable, and when the stakes are too high to improvise.I value confidentiality, precision and strong collaboration. My role is to make the communication team’s job easier, to elevate their leaders and to ensure that every message is delivered with confidence and impact. If you support a leader and need communication that makes your work stronger and your team shine, let’s connect.
