A driven, passionate and very capable, Commercial/Management Accountant, that is a part qualified ACCA student.I spent almost 10 years in my first role where I progressed from a Junior Ledger Clerk, to a Commercial Accountant, as well as progressing through AAT levels 2-4, to where I am now, half way through ACCA studies. I am also an experienced Microsoft Excel user.In my current role as a Management Accountant, i manage a team of 2 responsible for all AP and AR functions, updating and introducing new processes to increase efficiency.I have created a full reporting and reconciling process for the financial accounts, cleansing historic balance sheet items along the way. I am responsible for all month end reporting to the CFO and senior team, as well as the year end audit with external auditors.I have also created an in house reporting dashboard suite for various departments using Microsoft Excel for weekly reporting, and overhauled the in-house livestock system to create auditable reporting.Previously, I have worked with account teams over multiple sites within the UK, on client budgets ranging from £1k to £5m, reconciling and reporting, with colleagues on various different levels. I also help to maintain and report on the Sales Forecast for the business, as well as preparing future year Plans.In my earlier years I have worked on all aspects of the Purchase and Sales Ledgers, as well as preparing and processing the bank recs.
