Currently, I am an investigator for ODOT. I investigate motor carriers and their companies to ensure they comply with federal regulations. Prior to ODOT I had a fantastic career with the City of Medford Police Department. Leadership and wellness is a passion of mine and I was blessed with some great mentors over the years. I truly had the best seat to the largest circus in town. I supervised our “livability team” which focused on finding real and humane solutions to people experiencing homelessness. I’ve also been Officer of the year (2015), Oregon Police Officers Association- Medal of Honor recipient, Employee of the Quarter (4th/2018),taught Active Threat response to our community partners, was a member of our SWAT Team, and trainer of new police officers and much more over my 20 years.
