About me I am passionate about finding and supporting exceptional founders, often before their innovative ventures really take shape. As CEO of D11Z.Ventures, I guide outstanding entrepreneurs from the development of their initial ideas through to the establishment and successful scaling of their start-ups. We pride ourselves on often being the first investor on board - earlier than other institutional investors - and supporting founders on their journey from the very beginning. I have extensive venture capital experience, particularly in M&A and VC/PE fundraising for growth companies in Europe, the Gulf and the US. Prior to joining D11Z. Ventures, I was co-founder and CEO of Zukunftsfonds Heilbronn (ZFHN), where I also made a significant contribution to the development of emerging start-ups. In my work, I attach great importance to making decisions that put the founder and the team first.
