The scope of a given project would include my strong "hands-on" communication skills with the client base which includes: hotels, hotel resort spas, developers, healthcare facilities, retail stores, grocery/convenient stores, gas stations, car washes, restaurants, asset managers, insurance companies, private investors, REIT. I work closely with all of these business partners from concept to completion; from acquisition stage through construction to occupancy. I am accustomed to supervising and communicating at all levels and managing multiple projects simultaneously on a national level; traveling up to 90%. Expert at creating collaborative, effective teams and leading them to achieve optimum results. This ensures timely project completion, and within budget. The team may include disciplines such as R.E. developers/attorneys, architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, interior designers, FF & E/materials vendors. Proactive and effective problem solver and efficient in prioritizing, scheduling, monitoring a work load and executing documents within tight time constraints. Consistent success in providing the client with the most organized, cost effective, scheduled construction projects to ensure excellence from concept to completion. Concrete Impressions; Chicago, IL; Patterned concrete, curb & gutters, sidewalks & roads. Paddock Construction Co; Chicago, IL; Built hotels, strip malls, gas stations/convenient stores/car washes, grocery stores, restaurants, tenant improvements, retail stores, commercial office buildings.
