The transportation industry is fascinating and the changes are awesome to be involved in. I'm Heavy, Medium and Light duty truck and trailer diagnosis and repair qualified. DOT inspection and repair qualified. I have maintained a class A CDL since 1994 and have operated many types of off road heavy equipment. I'm metal fabrication trained including machining equipment, welding and damage repair, including hydraulic liftgate systems diagnosis and repair. Qual-comm, Platform science and Driver tech trained. Brake systems trained to include ABS and collision control systems. Familiar with adaptive lube, brakes, cruise control and steering including MPC and forward radar systems. Electrical and electronic diagnosis and repair. Very familiar with Detroit, Mercedes and Cummins engines. Alignment trained and tire service and repair qualified. Forklift and warehouse equipment repair qualified. I've been in the trade since 1985 and worked through the many challenges and changes including 2023 vehicles. I've mainly worked with larger fleets and dedicated maintenance through the years. I've worked as a lead man service manager, parts manager and a corporate warranty manager that also doubled as a technical advisor for techs in the field across the nation. I enjoy every aspect of the mechanical field and it's challenges.
