About Tom Williames

I am a Chartered Accountant, with ten years of experience across Australia, the UK and USA. Passionate about managing the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting and partnering with businesses to deliver improved commercial outcomes. Starting my career in external audit, I was able to gain an in-depth knowledge of both accounting and statutory reporting, as well as developing strong relationships with a range of internal and external parties. Since then, I have been able to add to this in a commercial environment, working with fast growth ASX listed and private equity portfolio companies in the consumer goods (retail / wholesale / ecommerce), healthcare and workforce solutions industries. In these roles, my focus has been on delivering timely and accurate financial and management reporting (including annual and half year reporting for a large ASX listed group), month end close, budgeting and forecasting, finance business partnership, treasury, integrating acquisitions, performing and supporting financial due diligence processes, and managing finance teams (both locally and offshore).
