A highly motivated individual with a passion for success. Having passed 3 A-Levels in Biology, Geography and PE from Stamford Endowed school I travelled to New Zealand, where I worked for a logging firm for 12 months. On moving back to the UK, I decided to set up a successful firewood and gardening business, working closely with the clients I became able to adapt well to new challenges and ideas developing strong working relationships. i was then taken on full time by ArborAftersales and Alchemy utilities. My role here includes submitting Documentation and reports - Prepare all documents, invoicing, purchase orders, reports on work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed. Ensuring all time sheets and job sheets are recorded correctly before being passed onto accounts. Working with exchequer to issue invoices and purchase orders Customer relations - Contributing to customer satisfaction by communicating with the developers, executing site/service work to customer order and expectation understanding their needs and maintaining a good relationship. Managing a Team of engineers ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently to ensure costs kept to a minimum. Managing spare parts distribution and ordering, working closely with the clients to ensure the right quantities of stock are being ordered monthly.
