I am a real estate investor involved with senior living acquisitions in smaller markets as well as a cash buyer of real estate in the Minneapolis-St Paul area, specializing in solving sellers' needs quickly and easily. I live here and love it. My company, Homefield Homebuyers, is in our 13th year of business and we know our community. We will make offers and close quickly for sellers that want to sell their home fast. So when I say our process is simple, honest and transparent, I mean it. I am the 8th of 10 kids and originally from Iowa. My wife and I were elementary school teachers in China and were Minnesota Franchise owners for Panera Bread. We now operate a VRBO in Northern Wisconsin called The Lake Superior Barn @https://lakesuperiorbarn.com/ and I'm a Little League and youth basketball coach. Aside from my family and my proclaimed status as an All-Time backyard football star, Homefield Homebuyers and running a real estate investment company is what I get up for every morning.
