About Tomas Andersson

During 30 years of professional life, I have been fortunate enough to work in more or less all departments of a company and in a variety of businesses; trading, moving and distributing commodities to producing building supplies in companies ranging from the small entrepreneurial to the listed. My primary roles have been CFO and CEO. I consider myself an experienced and competent leader, who with a lot of energy, loyalty and knowledge strive to make tomorrow a better day for the company and its stakeholders. My years as an elite athlete taught me the meaning of determination, focus and target. My leadership is characterized by open eyes and ears to find the best way forward for the team. In the role as CFO, I am analytical, but fast and committed to deadlines. A day without problem solving is a day lost. Professional Experience Leadership * Responsible for producing, distributing and service companies in Sweden. Turnover from MSEK 15-950 with 15-45 employees * Responsible for operations and staff in foreign subsidiaries (Finland, Germany and Poland)* Bought and sold companies. Moved a manufacturing facility * Crisis management such as fire in factory, drug problems with staff and the financial crisis 2008 Management/Board work * Leading management in both privately owned company and listed subsidiary * Board member in several companies, foundation and athletics club Business Development/Sales * Driven and more than doubled sales in the Nordic region (MSEK 15-40) in a manufacturing company.* Part of sales team for growth company (3 x DI Gasell) which doubled sales to MSEK 950 in the Nordic and north European markets. Finance/IT * BI responsible on own developed and/or standard software.* Internal and external accounting * Responsible towards auditors, banks and authorities Operations * Responsible for a Seveso (higher level) chemical terminal.* Operations and safety responsible for Swedish warehouse and distribution staff (60-70)
