I am a motivated individual with qualifications and experience in Project Management, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management. Currently, I also focus on business development across the construction sector of Industry & Technology within the CEE region. I rise to any challenge and specialize in the successful preparation and execution of complex and large-scale construction projects both through the traditional approach and on the BIM platform. I have previously taken on a variety of roles as well as overall responsibility for the process of building development. These have required leadership and participation in stakeholder communications from design brief development, through the value engineering cycle, and to the on-site works coordination. I have also gained experience with procuring construction works and related services in real estate making myself closely familiar with the tendering, scheduling, and benchmark pricing. Further, rich foreign study and work experience broadened my field knowledge and made me work culture adaptable.
