About me: As Head of Process Management, I have extensive experience leading a team of 18 professionals, consisting of process experts and technical specialists. My primary responsibility is overseeing the maintenance of stable processes through the specialist team, while also driving their transformation through projects and change initiatives. My key focus is twofold: first, effective people management, which I am passionate about, and second, active steering and fostering process improvements through automation (robotization), innovations implementation and identifying potentials for lean. One of the greatest challenges has been the company’s environment itself, where executing a core system replacement while ensuring parallel production run of legacy systems significantly increased complexity. Additionally, my experiences as a project manager has equipped me with skills in structured management, problem-solving, vendor management, communication and transparency.
