With a decade of experience in the sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) field, I have developed a deep understanding of its importance and value within organizations. My journey started at Lithuanian Railways, where I embarked on my sustainability path. I then had the privilege of working with renowned companies such as Coca-Cola and Maxima Group, honing my expertise in integrating sustainability practices into business operations. Currently, I am driving sustainable initiatives at Fabula. Prior to my focus on sustainability, I served as a spokesperson and public relations manager, allowing me to leverage my communication skills to connect sustainability topics with reputation management and financial benefits. I firmly believe that investing in ESG is not an expense, but rather a strategic investment for long-term success. The EU and governments are actively developing an agenda for ESG reporting, making it imperative for businesses to prepare for compliance.
