About Tomas Dolezel

Throughout my working career I have been fortunate enough to gain a lot of experience in two fields that are very different. IT and special education teaching. In the last 4 years I have been intensely exploring the endless IT world and marveling at its incredible speed. I am grateful to have found an environment where I have had daily support, been able to learn and gain valuable experience as an IT consultant. The last few years have only reinforced to me that the learning process is never ending, and most of the time it has been fun. I am always open to new learning! My years-long career as a special educator may have come to a close, but I have also put many of my skills to good use as an IT consultant. Above all, it was communication with people, patience, empathy and responsibility. Striving to co-create a pleasant and productive work environment is very important to me in any field because I am a team player. I am then happiest when I contribute to the collective success.
