About Tomas Forman

I started my career as a member of development teams working on both software and software/hardware projects. I gradually worked my way up to a senior position where I was not only involved in application development and internal libraries, but also mentoring and supporting colleagues in junior positions. Over time, I focused on managing projects, teams and people, earning my CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification and having the opportunity to set the direction for our products. Today, as head of the Radiation Systems Division, I manage teams working on a wide range of projects - from radiation monitoring systems to management information systems to automotive data acquisition. My new role means that I manage a lot more people, which is my biggest challenge at the moment. Despite my focus on people management and business, I still maintain a close relationship with technology and use my technical knowledge to support our team.
