I have professional experience in sales of 16 years, especially in pharmaceutical, beverages, alcohol drinks, confectionary and snacks, automotive, ready bake and also wide experience with the biggest FMCG/PSL categories as well as the biggest chains in Lithuanian markets. Due to my experience I have the capacity to create and implement a strategic vision for the FMCG sector of new products introduction into the market, goods category management, product basket management, pricing, good negotiation skills, etc. Personal experience in "step by step" category allows having an excellent understanding of the relevant factors of humanity and human resources, which are important in forming the staff and dealing with colleagues. The other personal experience covering business start-ups and expansion in foreign markets helps to realize successful and unsuccessful things while investing and trying several significant steps in the development of business in foreign markets.
