I am a versatile professional with a unique blend of legal, diplomatic, and public policy expertise from both public and private sectors. With years of experience as a diplomat, policy manager with tech companies and most lately deputy mayor of Vilnius, I have a deep understanding of the inner workings of the EU, national and local policy making, business advocacy and city development. As a skilled strategist, innovator, team leader, and project manager, I have led several successful initiatives throughout my career. My proudest achievement to date is leading Team Vilnius to win the Bloomberg Global Mayors' Challenge 2022, earning a prize of USD1 million. I am passionate about innovation, technology, the future of education and development of smart & sustainable cities. I closely follow and talk about digital economy and society, AI, shared mobility, e-mobility, public transport, and urban development.
