With a big passion for people, how they work, looking at the quality they produce I am proud of having the role as Quality and Environment Manager, responsible for food safety at Kobia AB. Being a member of the management team, contributing to the strategic business planning within my area is a responsible but fulfilling commitment. Leading by example, building togetherness and humbleness are values that describe me as a person and leader. I am structured, analytical, driven and always strive to understand the background and find a solution to deviations. Making sure we are compliant to all relevant to our business requirements, laws and standards. My focus lies in ensuring food safety and promoting environmental sustainability, fostering trust and strong relationships among the company, stakeholders, employees, and customers. I believe in taking and giving responsibility, it engages and drives us forward on both corporate and individual level. Environment and sustainability are a natural and important part of my everyday work. In addition to the overall environmental management systems that ensure that our organization I work systematically to improve environmental performance to reach the goals and comply with environmental legislation.
