I am responsible for direct investments and acquisitions/ventures into commercial real estate projects in CEE for our institutional clients (pension and hedge funds, banks, insurance and other financial institutions) with assets under management over EUR 1,5 bln. Most of our funds target core assets with focus on dividends distribution and conservative approach to total returns.
