Project Manager with experience performing design, construction, start-up, and commissioning on multiple Pulp mill, power, refinery, and process projects. Hands-on solution-oriented person, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills have helped me lead different Tasks, Systems, and Programs. Experience in Nuclear Power Plants Projects, responsible for design package preparation, scoping of work for upgrades and modifications to comply with regulatory and industry standards for Programs and Systems. Also, performed construction activities, walk-downs, component refurbishment/replacement, material specification, procurement specification, base metal repair, and arc strike evaluation. Additionally, performed procedures development & revision, licensing requirements and FSAR reviews, and coordinating work with vendors. As a Piping/Stress Engineer designed and evaluated critical piping systems per ASME Section B31.1, B31.3, B31.5, and other related codes & standards. Perform equipment nozzle load evaluation, expansion joints, finite element analysis, failure analysis, piping routing & arrangement, pipe supports, field surveys and development of piping material and fabrication specifications. Additional experience includes management of schedule, man-hour estimates. Other tasks have included Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) and vendor document review for EPC and EPCM projects. Proficiency at using international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, WRC, NEMA, BN, EN, among others. Advanced knowledge in the latest pipe stress analysis and engineering software applications: Caesar II, Autopipe, Nozzle Pro, GOTHIC, Autocad, Intergraph PDS, Smart Plant Review, Solidworks, Catia, Macrostation, Caepipe and Isogen.
