My background spans business, law, education, consulting, and large-scale change in the banking sector. Over the past years, I’ve worked in environments where speed, complexity, and regulation meet, helping organizations deliver real value while navigating uncertainty and constant change. I naturally operate as a bridge between business and technology, startup thinking and corporate reality, experimentation and structure. I combine classic project and leadership discipline with agile principles and a strong focus on outcomes, users, and learning. Recently, I’ve been deeply exploring AI and low-code/no-code tools, not theoretically but hands-on. I enjoy testing new products, understanding how people actually use them, and figuring out what needs to change for them to scale beyond early adopters. What energizes me most is working with teams in moments of transition: when a product, a company, or a culture is evolving and needs both flexibility and clarity. I believe growth doesn’t come from processes alone, but from thoughtful leadership, trust, and the courage to challenge how things are done. I’m especially interested in environments where technology, product thinking, and human leadership truly meet — and where building something meaningful matters more than titles.
