My first full-time job was as a Flight Supervisor at SKY.XS. My initial six months were spent under the direction of a Senior Loadmaster Supervisor from China Airlines. During this period, I mastered organizational principles, operational standards, and effective communication with outsourced companies providing a wide range of services. This comprehensive training allowed me to continue my work independently, implement key improvements, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency as a Flight Supervisor. ​A new challenge arose in early 2010 task of setting all operational procedures to meet Yangtze River Express demands in collaboration with local service providers. This initiative led to the successful launch of an online service, initially offering 3 flights per week and later expanding to 5 days a week using the B747BDSF. Consequently, my responsibility was extended to leading the Operations Department from the position of Ground Sales and Service Agent (GSSA). ​April 2013, I was commissioned to train Expeditors CZ and provide ULD BuildUp Training. My job consisted of complete training preparation, which contained the introduction of the topic, the presentation, training materials, working guides, checklists, practical exercises in the warehouse, and the final exam. ​ In September 2015, Hainan Airlines (HU) began operating flights to PRG with the B767, later replaced by the A330-200 and A330-300. My duties were to handle all cargo operation topics and communicate with our lead stations in TXL and PVG HDQ. We also supported Qatar Airways (QR) for the successful launch of their online service to PRG with the A330-200F in March 2016. ​My last role at SKY.XS was Station Operation Manager and Sales & Customer Service Manager. My targets were to lead and train colleagues in my team, acquire and maintain cargo businesses, keep high service standards, drive improvements, and provide Flight Supervision on the ramp when the situation required it. I also supported sales teams to maximize the efficiency of cargo loadability. AIT Worldwide Logistics gave me the opportunity to establish the Air Export product in the Czech Republic for one and a half years. I focused on recognizing company needs, setting a strong foundation for upcoming growth, creating internal workflow, and developing tools for managing, measuring, and increasing a efficiency of daily work. I cultivated a friendly atmosphere that remained result-driven. Ultimately, I ensured our Air Office became a valuable contributor to the company network and a reputable local market partner.
