With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, I have developed deep expertise in electrical safety, strategic leadership, and project management. My career began with a solid foundation as a fully authorised electrician, further complemented by an MBA and a Master of Science in Electric Power Engineering. I have had the privilege of managing and leading electrical safety initiatives at some of Sweden’s most complex environments, including Vattenfall and Ringhals Nuclear Power Plant. These experiences gave me unique insights into the intersection of safety culture, compliance, and strategic leadership. I’ve also contributed to industry-wide safety standards through my involvement with Swedenergy. In recent years, my focus has shifted toward strategic advisory roles and leading cross-border safety projects, particularly in the wind energy sector. My work helps organisations navigate change while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. As a passionate speaker, I am recognised for delivering engaging and practical lectures on electrical safety and occupational safety. Moving forward, my goal is to be a trusted strategic advisor, guiding organisations through the complexities of the energy industry while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
