I am a results-oriented and proactive sales manager. I have 10 years of experience in building and managing sales teams and over 17 years of professional practice in the area of B2B sales. I gained and developed leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills while leading a business line in one of the e-commerce leaders in Poland. By conducting recruitment processes, creating career paths and incentive systems, I have developed the skills that allow me to create effective sales structures. In my work, I use the advisory sales model focused on the client's challenges and problems. Thanks to cooperation with various industries, I approach the needs definition and adapting sales processes based on the customer's purchasing processes with great confidence. I am a sales person converted to marketing and I have been developing my workshop on the edge of these two worlds in recent years. I have the competences necessary to carry out a digital transformation of sales processes and implement automation of B2B marketing activities at individual stages of the funnel. I am characterized by analytical thinking combined with a problem solving approach. I have gained experience in implementing and coordinating projects for market leaders in their industries as well as startups entering Poland - to name just a few of them: Orange, VUE/Multikino, Zalando, Uber, PKO BP, Vinted, Amazon. Professional goal: managing business units, departments and companies within e-commerce business alongside with international project management and business development.
