I work hard and expect the people I work with to do the same. Honesty is critical to a strong relationship, I don’t hold grudges and prefer to get issues out the way as soon as they arise to prevent unnecessary problems at a later stage. Finding better solutions to problems excites me and presenting these solutions to clients energizes me. Competitive environments bring the best out of people and creates a good learning ground. Any task or challenge I undertake I see through till the end and nothing is impossible. I have learnt that that the key to success in structuring is making seemingly complex ideas simple to understand, so a highlight in my career is that I have learnt the ability to breakdown highly complex financial concepts relatively effortlessly I like to leave an organisation a little better than it was before, and be known as one of the good guys who has succeeded based on merit and with strong values intact.
