Passionate about blending tech and innovation, I’ve been on an exciting path in IT, digital transformation, and technology transfer. My journey has taken me from the skies to server rooms—both literally and figuratively! With courses in gliding and parachuting under my belt, I’ve learned to navigate both turbulence and precision, skills that surprisingly come in handy when dealing with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. My career has roots at the University of Siedlce, where I’ve been connected for years, now working intensely with the team to lead digital transformation and tech development. As the Rector's Plenipotentiary for Digital Transformation I coordinate cross-functional teams, design security policies, and mentor on next-gen technology initiatives, working to align our university’s progress with cutting-edge innovation. I also wrapped up a 10-year adventure as the founder and CEO of WarGames, where I built a team-building and training business from the ground up. It was a decade filled with strategic challenges, tactical exercises, and a fair share of laughs, all of which taught me valuable leadership skills and a knack for creating engaging, dynamic environments. Today, I’m focused on driving impactful digital solutions, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and exploring the potential of AI.
