About Tomasz Efner

I have more than 14 years of experience in business. I have worked as team leader / project manager for several projects and have managed a team of 30 people. My professional experience is in following areas: telecommunication, automotive, energy and Industrial R&D. I have very strong technical background in area of embedded devices: my tasks have varied from assembler/C/C++ programming at different levels (device drivers, infrastructure and different telecommunication protocols); analysis, design and testing of various software modules, and project and line management for different projects and different customers. I am deeply involved in discussions with customers. I am an outgoing person who always contributes to a good working climate; I am passionate, proactive and business oriented person who builds good relationship with customers.
