I have over 20-year domestic and international experience in the strategy execution, team management (small and big teams) sales and relationship (clients and business partners), in the space of financial institutions, custody and clearing, correspondent banking, capital market, and transactional banking products. My career objective: use my in-so-far experience in delivering business results and targets through people’s individual achievements and personal development. Sharing my knowledge and experience. BIO Tomasz joined Bank Pekao SA in November 2008 and until now has been the Managing Director of Custody Unit in the Transaction Banking Department. Custody Services of Bank Pekao includes both local depository services for domestic mutual funds and pension funds, as well as custody services and on-exchange clearing services for domestic and foreign financial institutions such as global custodians, brokers, insurance companies, banks, etc). From October 2011 to July 2015 Tomasz was the Global Head of Securities Services of UniCredit Group and managed securities business in Austria and 13 countries in the Central and Eastern Europe with approx. 250 employees in all business locations, while between 2008 till July 2017 Tomasz was the member of the Steering Committee of UniCredit Global Securities Services. Between 2003 – Nov 2008 Head of Relationship Management Team in Citibank Handlowy being responsible for overall relationship with global custodians, foreign securities intermediaries, local brokers and other local financial institutions, such as local pension and investment funds, insurance companies and banks. Tomasz started his career in 1994 at Citibank Poland as Account Associate and in the course of his career he moved to different roles such as Relation Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager responsible for client migration during two mergers between Citibank and Bank Handlowy, as well as Citi and ABN AMRO in the custody space.
