I head the Infrastructure and Public Contracts practice of Greenberg Traurig's Warsaw office. I advise private entities, public entities and financing institutions on infrastructure projects, including those carried out under public procurement, public-private partnership and public works concessions. I support clients in key and pioneering infrastructure projects in the regeneration, energy efficiency, healthcare, transport, water and sewerage, education, public buildings and social housing sectors. Thanks to recommendations from clients and business partners, I have had the honour of being recognised by international ranking of lawyers (Chambers Europe and I have served on the District Bar Council of Warsaw since 2010 and was elected Secretary of the Council in 2024. I sit on the Board of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) in Poland. I was an expert of the Parliamentary Committee ‘Friendly State’ on issues related to the amendment of the Act. I am the author and co-author of numerous publications on concessions for construction works and other forms of public-private investment. In addition, I actively participate in conferences and trainings in Poland and abroad devoted to as a speaker. I also have many years of experience as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and as a trainer at the Warsaw Bar Association.
