Experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with over 15 years of progressive experience in managing and modernizing enterprise-level IT environments. Currently leading the infrastructure team at ELIS, responsible for delivering highly available, secure, and scalable solutions across multiple regional sites. My expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including Active Directory design and administration, Fortinet security appliances (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer), MSSQL optimization, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and clustering for high availability. I’m also experienced in implementing robust backup and disaster recovery strategies using Commvault and Veeam. Key achievements include leading the migration to Office365, implementing Azure Stack HCI and Nutanix infrastructure, developing secure SD-WAN architecture, and increasing infrastructure resilience through proactive monitoring and failover planning. I’m passionate about building stable, secure, and future-ready environments that empower business operations and support long-term digital strategy. Outside of work, I’m an avid gravel cyclist and ultra-endurance enthusiast. I enjoy multi-day bikepacking trips and challenging long-distance rides, which help me maintain discipline, focus, and a strong work-life balance.
