I am seasoned team leader of IT specialists oriented on operational management, innovative solutions implementation and product and process design. I have worn many hats in my career: programmer, business analyst, project and program manager and team leader, all of them in international environment. As a result, I have unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary initiatives and accomplish complex challenges. The biggest experience I have in solutions like: Manufacturing Execution Systems with Losses Detection, Material Flow Control solutions for Intralogistics, Warehousing and Logistics. For many years I am committed to the Lean Management concept looking for innovative solutions and gradual implementation process. Team building, this is what I like. Looking for the most accurate ideas to encourage innovations and solution development process is the most interesting part of my work. When team capabilities grow, I feel first signs of satisfaction. Only at the moment when development team satisfaction (customer and supplier combined resources) is reached and initiative goals are accomplished, I reach personal and professional fulfilment. My style is to give to the people space for their ideas how to work to reach the target, make a checkpoint together to find out what can be improved even further and remove obstacles which disturb them to concentrate on their main goals. I like a lot to make new professional acquaintances to talk about business, team management and creative thinking. Often, I participate in local workshops, lectures and exchange meetings to share my point of view and acquire information from others, not only IT specialists, what give me ideas how to encourage my team for further self-development and create one integrated team from group of individuals. Quick fact about me: lot of people have big ideas, but execution is what matters, and I do execution.
