About Tomasz Wolff

My professional experience is related to very broadly defined business / corporate / individual customer service, often foreign one. Customer care is the task I love wheter it is in-person, phone, email or chat way of helping people. That is were my emphaty is a gift. I have some expierience in organizing and conducting trainings, seminars, meetings. In previous organization I worked for many years and among other tasks had the pleasure of organizing meetings / trainings for employees and leaders of Local Government Units from my region and for employees of small and medium-sized Polish companies. Also co-organized and participated in national and international economic events: trade fairs, B2B meetings and conferences. I was in charge of taking care of delegations of entrepreneurs and representatives of the local administration of EU member states and from Asia. In my activities, first of all, I see people and their needs: those arising from the professional role they play and from their social role or human needs. I derive satisfaction from working in a team, creating a service or a product that solves a problem, meets a need of the market or local community. I firmly believe in human and his right of freedom to act and make mistakes and responsibility for his own decisions, and in the free market as a universal, effective and most democratic mechanism for solving many economic and social problems. I eagerly engage in social actions, pro-health activities, building civil society. I am characterized by honesty, loyalty, empathy, openness. My hobbies include running (completed five marathons), cycling, artistic photography + making short films of my trips and creating music (two albums)+ spending time with my family - I am a happy husband and father of two sons.
