I am a highly experienced professional in the generic pharmaceutical industry sector, having 21 years of experience in the packaging of solid dosage forms and over 2 years in External Supply Operations. Started in 1996 at Lek Ljubljana, a Sandoz company. Holding a several positions with different levels of responsibility in the packaging of solid dosage forms, including being the Head of Production at two Lek production sites. Involved in several projects related to equipment, process change, Lean management, continuous improvement, organizational changes, consultancy projects, etc. Being part of and responsible for department in many cases of customer and health authorities audits, including USFDA. Owner of Sandoz TechOps Team Excellence Award for successfully accomplishment of USFDA audit in 2009. After nearly 7 years of work as a Head of Production and site management team member in a fast growing production site at Sandoz Lendava Technical Operations, leading over 230 associates, helping to develop strong basis for the site further growth, created site´s first Business Continuity Plan and being responsible for it, I took over the responsibility of newly established Site Operational Excellence department at Sandoz Lendava Technical Operations prior moving to a new role. Since March 2017 I have been the Supplier Relationship Manager at Novartis External Supply Operations. Building Supplier Relationship Team and competences for fast growth of ESO Ljubljana hub. Leading the Supplier Relationship Team, consisted of all needed functions to enable full support to our external partners.
