I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work across multiple industries and global geographies in the Semiconductor, materials and mostly Power systems sector over the last 12 years. I’ve held positions as Field Customer service Engineer, some Post sales and mostly Application Engineering roles working with Both customers as well as with some divisions in My company(working with R&D, Marketing production and sales), Customers & Agents training include some days Seminars in our head quarters and sometimes in different regions worldwide.developing our company's online training and webinars to achieve goal of weekly base webinars to introduce our products, software and it's new features. Managing the technical support and maintain the Organization technical support system including additional tools to decrease support cases. getting all RFI, Tenders and any new projects to go over the technical requirements see if our products comply/not comply with the request and If not, schedule an internal discussion about any new implementation with R&D.Launching technical documentation: User guides, Technical Bulletins, Application notes and more In addition, I'm supporting and improving the technical knowledge of our Sales managers and if needed traveling with them to unique meetings for big projects as well as to many Exhibitions.Hard worker and self learner while also being a team member in the organization.
