About Tomi Lee Nelson

First Class Real Estate School offers Wisconsin real estate pre-licensing courses and career development coaching for those pursuing and advancing in a real estate career. The school is independently owned by Tomi Nelson, a 30 plus year veteran of the real estate industry. I have found my true passion in teaching and coaching, and am fortunate to have the opportunity to bring my extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate industry into guiding others in starting and growing their real estate careers. I continually pursue the study of adult and online education in order to bring the highest quality and state of the art methods of teaching to a vast array of learning styles. Understanding the importance of staying abreast of the real estate industry, I have served as chairperson for the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin Ethics Review Committee and continue to Instruct the Professional Standards module of member orientation for the organization. I have developed and nurture a strong relationship of trust and respect with real estate firms. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying nature and creative writing. I'm currently working on a novel of fiction and a memoir. Specialties: Classroom and online instruction, career coaching, real estate contracts, real estate sales systems including lead generation and conversion, and working effectively with buyers and sellers.
