About Tomi Peltonen

I'm currently responsible of leading the sales of ManpowerGroup Finland. I have experience in leading the sales and leading also the delivery, both from IT and HR sector. The experience of sales leading is from small cases up to multimillion euro services. In delivery side I’ve been leading the delivery of over 200 employees. My top strengths are: • Capability to understand and lead complex solutions, and ability to understand things from others perspective - This is needed when discussing in many situations both internally and with customers. It's easier to get things forward when you *really* understand other's opinions and their point of view. Also helps to make the correct decision. • Being a people person - I like being with people, helping people (b2b is a lot of helping other people to achieve their targets), networking, and all kinds of stuff. • Ambition - I want to get the shit done. And I want it to be perfect. Though I understand the perfect cannot be always achieved • Innovativeness - I like to constantly think outside the box to find new kind of solutions. I like to be involved in lots of different areas related to the business, and as I have an entrepreneurial mind set, I’m not afraid to take an action in whatever is needed to get things rolling. I’m able to work in corporate world with the defined processes and other needed bs, but also (and maybe even more preferably) I like working in smaller environment, where the main focus is on the goal, and the way to get there is more up to myself. It’s totally fine to have a bit “messy” environment without pre-defined processes, where one just need to find a good way to go. P.S.
