My professional titles have ranged from UX Designer, Director of Media Content, Department Manager, instructor, and more, but when you break down my responsibilities, I am much more than that. I am a storyteller, a creative leader, a problem solver, a visual design leader, an artistic project manager, and a collaborative partner. Every business has a story to tell. A story that needs to understand, engage, inform, educate and influence its audience while also delivering on business goals. I have the skills to create designs from sketches to wireframes, to high-quality interactive mockups, that not only look good but keep the end user's journey through the experience in mind. I also have experience working with multiple large design systems to keep digital products aligned with company branding. My favorite Projects Designed a Right Rail Notification for Microsoft Search Bing, to be used in the Work Vertical. Used gathered user metrics and research to inform the design from the beginning. After multiple iterations, with feedback from other designers, PMs, and SWEs, my design was finalized and will be used as a framework for future Right Rail Notifications used throughout MSB. By providing the users with relevant information, the goal is to get users to engage more with the space. Everyone involved was excited to see it get developed, and I am awaiting results to see how it performs. Provided useful UX research and design support for a $7 million dollar e-learning project with Sesame Street Workshop that is now used throughout Asia. Conducted Research to define all of the users and kept their experience with the product at the forefront. Managed the quantitative and qualitative testing of students and instructors to better direct the experience of using the product, as well as make changes to the content to fit within class time limits.
