I am a Project Engineer with a genuine passion for delivering projects safely and in accordance with specific client requirements. Managing health & safety has always been my primary focus and I have an instinct for identifying ways to protect the workforce and the business from exposure to risk.I am expert in developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. I also recommended and implemented improvements to production processes, methods and controls. Coordinates the manufacturing launch for new products.My previous responsibilities ranged from project management, lean implementation, process and design validation, process improvement and optimization, cost reduction, and equipment and fixture design.Effective communicator, able to handle multiple projects, results oriented, and able to work amongst cross functional teams to drive home solutions for complex projects. I know exactly what it takes to deliver a project on time, within budget and, crucially, to the highest safety standard. I have been instrumental in managing multiple projects simultaneously throughout my career, including internationally, and have led cross-functional, multi-cultural projects to success even in the most challenging situations.
